Remote Server Management
When you prepare a new destination computer (or VM) to receive a copy of Active Directory for recovery or testing, the new computer will have a temporary name and will not be a member of any domain. Therefore to manage the new server from your desktop PC you will need to first explicitly enable Remote Management of the new computer.
