U-Tools employs comprehensive physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the security and integrity of all personal information. All billing information is encrypted whenever received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests. All staff with access to personal information obtained on this web site must adhere to this policy.

If you send us a technical support request, our technical support personnel may ask you for your hardware & software configuration and additional information regarding your computer environment in order to resolve your issue.

Our web site contains a log to track visits to web pages. As with personal information (see How Your Personal Information May Be Shared) we may share our site logs with the appropriate legal authorities in response to possible illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. U-Tools uses temporary cookies to provide easier site navigation and to track your shopping cart during checkout. Our cookies do not generate personal data and do not read personal data from your machine. All of our cookies expire immediately when you exit the web browser.
