Microsoft Teams

To schedule an AD Recovery session using Microsoft Teams use the following steps:

1. Schedule a Microsoft Teams meeting and invite service＠utools.onmicrosoft.com as an attendee.
2. Copy the HTTP link for joining the meeting into an e-mail message and send it to service＠u-tools.com.
3. When the AD recovery session begins, record the meeting (recommended).
4. Connect to your Windows Server and show your screen.
5. (Optional) If you want us to run U-Move for you select Give Control.
6. After the service is finished, change any passwords used during the session.
