Warning: The volume snapshot is corrupt

The volume snapshot cannot be exposed because the snapshot appears to be physically damaged or its internal data structures are corrupt.

How to Fix This Error

Delete all of the snapshots on the disk volume that are older than the corrupt snapshot. Start with the oldest snapshot on the volume. Delete the corrupt snapshot last.

You need to delete all older snapshots because each snapshot depends on the next one. If a particular snapshot is bad then all older snapshots should also be assumed to be bad and should be deleted as untrustworthy.

U-Tools recommends that you do not override the warning message. The exception is when you need to recover a particular critical document or file, and you do not care if there is a chance that the file might be corrupted.
