Announcing U-Move Version 2.8
U-Tools Software is pleased to announce the release of U-Move Version 2.8 for Microsoft Active Directory. Version 2.8 adds support for Window Server 2022. It also supports new Windows 11 security features such as Controlled Folder Access (CFA) and mandatory SHA-2. It improves AD recovery capability for previous versions of Windows Server. All customers are encouraged to upgrade to this version.

U-Move 2.7.4001 is the final version that will support SHA-1 on Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2. Due to Microsoft’s expiration of SHA-1 digital signatures there will be no further releases of U-Move 2.7.
